Women's Wellness Workshop

When we embark on a process of personal growth, we come to know who we really are. In this workshop we commence with getting in touch with what our values are, what core beliefs we hold and the form our life vision takes in order for us to feel fulfilled.

The outcome of this hands-on approach to growth is a sense of direction, greater clarity about how we need to align and focus our energy in life, care for ourselves, the types of relationships we would benefit from having in our life and what we need to do in order to bring a sense of purpose and meaning to our life. Once guests have this understanding, they are better equipped to make informed decisions about what they need to be doing to bring the fulfilment of their vision to reality.

This growth workshop is wrapped up by guests unleashing their inner creativity with a hands on terrarium making workshop, resulting in your very own terrarium to take home.
