Joanna Guy

Jo works with individuals, groups and workplaces to find the best nutrition and lifestyle plan that works for them. She believes that no two people are the same so no advice should be the same! Whilst Jo's focus is on nutrition, she adopts a holistic approach, addressing other factors of wellness including stress, sleep, exercise and lifestyle habits. 

After working for five years in corporate and workplace health, Jo has developed exceptional skills in giving group seminars and workshops, as well as conducting health assessments and one on one consultations.

Within her private practice, Jo sees a range of health conditions but specialises in fat loss, muscle gain and sporting performance, digestive issues, cleansing and detoxifying, food intolerances and overall health and energy levels. Jo’s ambition is to help people discover how good they can really feel and believes that with optimal health, everyone can live an epic life, not just an ordinary one.

Movement is a big part of Jo's life, including gymastic strength and mobility training, yoga,and CrossFit

Joanna holds the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics, Monash University
  •  Qualified Holistic Health Coach, Institute of Integrative Nutrition
  • Master Trainer - Certificate 3 (Gym Instruction) & 4 (Personal Training)
