If 30 days has passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Some types of goods and services are exempt from being refunded. These include:
· Gift Vouchers
· Online Programs
To complete your return, we require your product to be mailed back to the appropriate address identified below with your order details. Upon which the product will be inspected.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and / or your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
If an item is approved for a refund which was originally purchased on sale the purchaser will receive the total sale price paid for the goods.
If for unforeseen circumstances you are unable to attend a workshop or retreat you have purchased please email Maxine@wellineux.com to arrange a credit.
If you are unable to attend on the second occasion you will forfeit your place on the workshop/retreat and will need to purchase a further place if you would like to attend the workshop/retreat in the future.
