The Power of Reflecting on the Pandemic: 15 Pandemic Power Questions

We cannot change what we are not aware of, and once we are aware, we cannot help but change.

If ever there has been a time in our lives to reflect and learn, it’s the pandemic. Coronavirus has been in the world for over two years, and we are all learning to find our way with living alongside it. So much of our lives have had to change whether it be at work, at home or in our communities and world at large.

Many of us have had to step from one pivot to the next with little time to really reflect on the journey. Rather than ploughing on, what can we learn from these last two years that has the potential to positively change our lives and the future of our world forever?

To help with this we have created 15 powerful pandemic questions to really encourage you to dig deep and reflect. Take time on your own or with a friend or loved one, your family or team to consider these questions. Press pause as you look back on your experience of the pandemic to date. You don’t have to answer all the questions in one sitting, you could focus on one a day or five a week and work your way through them giving the time and space for the answers to come. Notice what shifts for you as you bring more awareness into your life and the lives of others.
