Immunity Boosting Sweet Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 Cup of Spinach or Kale roughly chopped

1 1/2 Cups of Unsweetened Almond Milk

1 Cup Frozen Mango Chucks

1 Teaspoon of Almond

1/2 Teaspoon Freshly Grated Ginger

1/2 Teaspoon Lemon Juice

Method:

Simply add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend for 40 seconds until tick and creamy . Serve in a glass and enjoy!
